Currently we have a project underway in Framingham and with a little help from the weather it will be available for its new homeowners by April. It is a big rehab! We are installing:
- a new hot water tank
- new furnace
- new oil tank
- new 200amp electric panel and wiring
- replacing the bathroom, tile, jacuzzi, vanity, cupboard and mirror
- new appliances in the kitchen
- new hardwood floors throughout the first floor
- refinishing the upstairs hardwoods
- all light fixtures are being replaced
- ceiling fans installed in all the bedrooms
- windows are being replaced,
- the whole house will be repainted, inside and outside
- the deck and porches will be repaired and repainted,
- the roof replaced on the house and the garage.
- garage doors repaired, if possible, to maintain the character
- the yard cleaned up, seeded and planted
